    Default Overclocking cpu or RAM

Hi, I was just wondering, is it worth overclocking my cpu or RAM. It think that my cpu is running at its full potential however. But I was wondering about the RAM, is there any stable, safe thing that I can do. It might be worth saying that I have 4GB of DDR2.

    Any help appreciated

P.S. I am a bit of a novice at this so, no technical language please!!!
