Default Is Brady a Cheater? I no longer think so.

I promised everyone I would keep them up to date. So here is the latest information. With it comes more questions but I beleive it actually proves Brady was not a cheater. I would like your input after you have read the my statement.

This comes from the help of a few memebers that wanted to know the truth and wth was going on. I thank them for taking the time to look into it.

nfs3freak June 19th 2013 South Jordon, Utah High end i7-3770k based System DOB None
d367ruc70 July 15th 2013 Salt Lake City Utah High end 17-3630QM Mobile system DOB None
zedbra July 22nd 2013 UT,USA I5-2500k based System DOB None
NascarFreak3 June 25th 2013 Springfield, Oregon P4 Single core System listed. DOB 10/1988

If you look at the 4 accounts in question you will notice certain patterns. The first 3 are in UT. If you are going to cheat you still want the prizes shipped close to you or shipping cost will offset prize value. Bradys account registered in OR, two states over from UT.

The first 3 systems have high end desktops and mobile products listed. Brady is using a POS single core P4. Everyone that has spoken to Brady over the last 2 years has mentioned his system is terrible and that is why he was entering contest. This was backed up with a screen shot of DXdiag. Yes I know some will say he used another system. If you have the first 3, why in the world would you be using the P4? Had no idea that I would be asking for a screen shot or even talking to him at all.

No DOB listed on the other 3 accounts.

2 of the IPs previously used by Nfs3freak were traced back to Utah. 2 others could not be traced to any location. Then this week his IP matched Bradys account causing the red flag when I checked.

Nfs3freak PDxlan account list d367ruc70 as his Battlenet name. Known to play BF4, BF3 and NFS. Hard to do on a P4 but works well with any of the systems listed above.

There is little doubt between any of us looking into this that the first 3 accounts are the same person. The question is if Brady is that person.

The Nfsfreak account was traced back to a Facebook account by digging into old post on this forum and others. It leads to one Adrian Nef. This is odd because the email address used for the d367ruc70 account is adrianwnef@XXXXXX.com. Mr Nef and I have one friend in common. He is a well known person and is an important part of all this. You can go look for yourself to figure it out.

Nfsfreak won from PureOC during the summer giveaway a few months back. He was awarded a TTesports Keyboard. Take a wild guess what is on his FB page, A picture of the KB with him thanking PureOC. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater
And here is a pic of this guy. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater

So far we have the 3 accounts verified to be one person. We have an FB account leading to the person. We have a prize that was shipped to that person. That person lives in Utah. 3 accounts registered in UT. 2 Ips traced back to Utah.

So I ask Brady for his ID. It will show his face and where he lives. He was more then happy to oblige. Name and DOB matches the account he is using. He clearly lives in Oregon. Not Utah.

    ***removed for his privacy****

I have not received any communications from the other 3 accounts asking why the accounts were banned. Instead I see Nfs3freak congratulating winners on the other site after he was banned here and the prize taken away from Nascarfreak3(brady). Not only was none of the accounts banned, Nfs3freak was allowed to enter this week’s giveaway on the other site. The information we gathered was used to strip Brady of his prizes but the other alleged account was allowed to enter again? WTH? 25 reported duplicate account entries but no bans. No other DQs. Just Brady?

Something is not right here. I honestly do not believe Brady is guilty of cheating. After really digging into it none of this makes sense. I made a mistake. With the information that was presented at the time it was an easy and correct call. Not so easy and incorrect with the additional information.

After reviewing this information I am requesting all of you give me your support to lift the ban off Brady. He appears to have been caught up in either a system error or an attempt at cheating the system by another user. If you spend any time learning about Brady you would gain so much insight into why it doesn't fit. Again I will not air his personal business. That is for him. The other 3 accounts belong to the real cheater Mr.Nef. he cheated during the summer giveaway and was on his way to doing the same. His Ban will not be lifted. He is a douche of the highest order and may be responsible for Brady losing his prize.

One of the biggest problems with this is the Information inconsistency. Also, we cannot rely solely on his IP for location for the accounts, say he is using a TOR Reay, or a Proxy, or a VPN, or evne his ISP. I have Hughesnet, and i live in Waterford, PA. The IP my ISP gives me states that i live in Washington, DC. In my opinion, all the evidence show's he is either Innocent, or works for the NSA and has multiple identites.... Most likely Innocent. Way to go Sandy, you didn't just leave it as is, you investigated and gave Brady the Benefit of the Doubt. I would like to personally apologize.

I will be the first to apologize. Here in public and to him personally when I talk to him later.

I made it easy for everyone to judge him. I presented what I had with a nice neat bow. I gave him a douche bag award! The one for Bob was different! lol

Seriously bro I am sorry. No excuses. If everybody is cool with it, I will remove the ban later today.

At least you had the decency to hear him out, again and again.
You kept digging when he sounded like he was telling you the truth.
You voiced your doubts about his guilt early on.
It sounds as if you're right, so I support lifting his ban as soon as possible, and if I said any nasties toward him, I'm sorry too.

It's all good Sandy, I'm sure that we all jump to conclusions early on without searching out all the facts. It's good to know that your fair and continued seeking out the truth, even when things looked bad.

More importantly, this all shows that we can't judge a book by it's cover. Maybe we all ccan learn something from this. I learned Sandy is a Master Detective
Programmer, Ethical Hacker, Tech Support, Geek Extraordinaire.

I'm starting to think Sandy must have ties with the NSA... He's using their spy network to find out where all of us live and what porn we're watching...
