    Yea, I saw those earlier.
The thread on OCN got deleted because a lot of non sense comments started to appear and the mods just had a hard time keeping up with it.
That's what happens when you have a large forum like OCN and bunch of people just making assumptions and throwing out accusations.

Since no one is really for sure whats going on and no "official" word has been confirmed by the actual owner, we can't really say what is really happening.
But if does still suck for those who made purchases and are not getting there orders fulfilled. I know I would be pissed, but I wouldn't have over reacted like I saw with many on the OCN forums.
Seemed like a bunch of immature little kids to me.

If you paid with paypal or CC, you are safe. Just have to file a charge back when all said and done you didn't lose out on money other than time.
But lets see what happens over the next few days. I am sure more info will come to light as the story gets developed.

This is from Bill From MNPCTECK
It's become apparent, after being emailed, texted, tweeted, fb messaged the same image repeatedly by friends, that I need to post my reaction here. Like I said, I would have never predicted the Frozen build getting more attention in destroyed state, but it's oddly comforting to know it was quickly identified. I was messaged by close friends within a minute of it being posted. Imagine spending a year to create something unique then it's deliberately pushed off a counter to be destroyed by somebody. I'm not bitter about it and I sincerly hope Mark seeks help. I know he has a little girl that loves him dearly. We were friends on facebook, before he closed his account from public. Last photo I saw of Mark was last year. He was driving to see his daughter on Father's day. He posted more photos of his daughter than anyone else on facebook. Those of you who were friends with Mark would agree. You could tell that she was his "island of sanity" ..The public didn't know Mark has been battling personal demons for a long time. Maybe this incident being shared with public was a good thing. Mark needs to know he has friends and customers that do care about him.
Those of you who don't know about FrozenCPU, need to know that Matthew “Bucky” Buckner works closely with Mark. I would imagine hes helping Mark get through this incident. Probably operating on little sleep to make sure orders are taken care of, cause that’s the type of guy he is. Mark told me once ,when I was stressed, “You need a Bucky too, Bill”

Could that guy sound any gayer? Im in a car in the snow! OMG! FrozenCPU Is not open! There is no-bot-y here! Come on people get a life. It is an online retailer not AMD, Intel, Nvidia, GB or another major company. Retailers close all the time. I am more upset that RadioShack is filling for Bankruptcy. I love the shack!! Frozen closing just opens the doors for a new and possibly stronger competitor to take over. Like Newegg or Tigerdirect. If they started catering to the home builder and enthusiast more I would love to make Newegg a one stop shop. Or maybe Microcenter expands to carry this stuff. either way they will be replaced if they shut down.

I happen to save the photos that were on OCN before the thread got deleted.

Here is the test bench that Bill made for FrozenCPU.
    Frozencpu.com Out of Business?-7.jpeg

Here are some of the photos of the supposed damaged to the office.
    Frozencpu.com Out of Business?-5.jpeg
    Frozencpu.com Out of Business?-6.jpeg

These pics are really unclear of what really happened, yes, the office does seem like it has been trashed, but not to the point that its non operational. I think the only thing making FCPU no operational is that is just isn't any staff since he probably (as assumed) "fired" everyone or most of its staff.

However, hard to really know what exactly happened here.

Like I said before, Ill just sit back and wait for official PR or comments from FCPU directly.
But in the meantime, I wouldn't place any orders. I did however (had no choice really) make a small purchase at PPC's on some items.
I need it to finish a few things and they had the item, but was priced higher than FCPU and shipping was a killer. $14 for shipping for 2 items that weight less than 3 lbs Combined.

I can't imagine going to that much trouble in the first place...lol. I guess he wanted his 15 mins of pseudofame...lol. I have noticed that Amazon is carrying a lot of odds and ends, there are some small marketplace type vendors on there that seem to cater to Water Cooling. It's would be nice if some of them stepped up to fill the void...I love me some Prime shipping! As for the Shack...well, it's been looming on the Horizon for decades. Their pricing trended towards awful, and their selection of things seemed to be dwindling down to Cell Phone Accessories, BlueTooth Speakers, RC Cars (at christmas time) and TV Antennas. Sad. I'll miss them though.

After seeing those pics the "trashed" and "wrecked" office is a bit over blown. The office pic is funny to me. Chinese food bags and sauces on the floor next to a bottle of Budweiser. Who was drinking at the office in the first place? haha .

The system being trashed is also way overblown. It looks like it was sat down. No fluid is leaking nor do I see any real damage to it. That case is hard as hell. It sucks to see a great work of art tossed about but the rumor mill has hyped all of this up to epic proportions.

This all goes to show that tech people spend way too much time online. lol It is like a terrible tech based soap opera. "As the CPU Fan Turns" or "The Cold and the Beautiful" "OH NO MARK DIDNT! How will little Becky and Chris survive if frozen is closed down? Where will they get those fittings they need? I sure hope They don't leave those orders hanging! OMG WHAT WILL MARK DO NEXT!!!"

Yea, the thread on OCN just got out of control with tons of immature, over reacting little kids throwing a tantrum over nothing.
Like I mentioned, the pics really don't make a clear story... I've seen rooms more messy than that. Lolz..

The only advice I can give and have said multiple times is just sit back and relax and wait to see what happens.
People get so impatient now a days its funny!
