Still there is no new Mark Friga official statment since the last one (02-21-2015), about that.

They are not closed. I however will be watching to see how they do over the next month or 2 before I place an order.

Well. He "claims" they aren't closed. I'm not quite so optimistic, if they really DO reopen, I'll be watching very closely, and certainly wouldn't order for awhile.

His post about the Deputy Sheriff doesn't fill me with confidence... It makes him look bad frankly. Childish & Petty. Sure, perhaps the police were overzealous, I don't know, but posting a comment like that on your Corporate Public Facebook page? Hmmm...not a good choice.

Default bad news for us about Frozencpu.

His postings on FB is not only unprofessional, but in a manner... a little insulting. Whether is directly or indirectly, his actions not only speak more of the type of person he really is but also leads to questions of what really happened and if there is maybe more to the truth about how this whole situation started for FCPU.

While I do wish the best for the business and it's good to keep them around, but I don't know if I would want my hard earned money spent on a person or owner of this multitude.

I am def. going to sit back and wait before ordering anything from them, for now... I have taken my business to performance pcs even tho I hate there shipping cost. I rather support a business that's in it for the community.

I know NOTHING about why this FCPU person is saying what he is saying on FB. I do, however, know that FCPU has been around for more than a decade. Whether or not the same people have been involved in ownership and management of the organization, I do not know.

I can understand why you folks are calling what he wrote "unprofessional" and "childish." BUT, what if the people and actions described in the post are accurate? What if this Mark Friga and his company have been harassed by law enforcement? Is he just supposed to sit back and accept it?

Seems to me that we all are quite ignorant of the situation, so I choose to refrain from picking sides or pointing fingers. But just because someone works in an official capacity does not mean that they always do what's right nor always act professionally themselves.

I dont think it was Mark posting that, if you look it was by a guy who called himself FCPU Fan. But I do believe they are going to be taking orders next Friday, checkout open.

doesnt look promising. i advise people to hold off from ordering from them for a while like others have stated. interesting statement by owner about the cops. remember Bill Owens said Mark been battling some demons for a while now and i wonder if that means drugs or drinking problem. we shall see how they bounce back in the coming months.
You don't know me and that's the way i like it!

We are not picking sides. Everyone of us here hopes FCPU recovers and can get back on track. I have been spending money with them for years. If the police is doing dirty sh*t (which I do not doubt) I hope he shoves it up their ass. However in the middle of trying to convince your fans, partners, vendors, buyers, staff and customers that you are working to get things back on track, a post like that is not helpful. It adds to information that was already presented in public by people that are very trustworthy. It makes people question if I should send you money if the police are working to shut you down, then have my cash tied up in some mess I have nothing to do with. That is why it is unprofessional and dangerous to their own cause. It was posted by FrozenCPU not someone posting on their wall. It would show up differently. Unless now the story is somebody has highjacked FCPU FB account and is making positive post followed by the police post an hour later. It also did not say FCPU fan. It said "RPD fan" as in fan of the police department. Being a condescending.

We want FCPU back. Trust me we do.

Mark Friga is the owner of Fronzen CPU (as far as I am aware of). Since earlier Dec, there hasn't been any real official statements of what really happen to this business. The only statements he has really made publicly (on his own site) is that they are no longer taking orders until further notice. While an explaination of what really happened internally with FCPU isn't the public's concern, but at least some information of what's going on (on a more serious note) is more than likely to help the business get back on its feet if they are going through a staff transition or issues with staffing.

But the fact that he really hasn't said much, and with hundreds of orders that were not fulfilled (according to thread on OCN), It's a bit concern to us consumers. Esp for those we can easily spend a few hundred to thousand dollars at a time. At least to me it is....

Even if you are being harassed by local enforcement (don't why they would target a PC business) he should leave that behind closed doors as he works to resolve his issues. Not make a FB post for the public, now the question is? is he controlling his FB account or does he have someone managing it. At this point, I would only assume that the owner himself is controlling since he had let go his entire previous staff and based on the statements made, it sounds like its coming from the owner of the business. (at least to the general public)

I am not against FCPU, I've spent Thousands there over the last few years and I do hope they stick around to keep pricing competitive and options available. I just don't condone business owners to act in such a ignorant, unprofessional manner. Esp. if you are trying to get your business going again and continue to grow your fan base.

Just my thoughts as a business professional myself.
