I finally had some time to test it only this past weekend due to work and other things. I don't have time to work on my PC's everyday. But lesson learned that this point is doesn't matter who are you buying from, TEST the item once you get it.. This is what I will be doing going forward.

However at this point, Mark has responded to my post and PM's so I will deal with Mark directly. As far as Stan goes like I have already said, He was trying to help me out, Not his fault either. He was trying to just bring some light to my end of the tunnel.

Polo - Please stay out of this, and stop making comments to instegate, This situation is already being handled between Mark and I.
I will post the results once this is all cleared up.

MODs - Please DO NOT lock or closed this thread. I would like to keep this open for follow up once a resolution has been made.
    Thanks!

Ok if its between you and mark who the hell are all the other people commenting on this?

Just to clear things up, I wasn't trying to blame you for not testing it I was just saying that if Mark had surgery oh well he had surgery, this whole thing is just some miss communication and that it's really no one's fault.

And again if you don't want other people to get in on this then take it to your inbox that's why it's called a private message, there's no such thing as a private thread...

    WARNING TO ALL:

There shall be no more posts in this thread, unless they are made by Aryan51 or Solara2xb.

Any other posts made will be deleted.

I know that we all like to joke around and have a good time around here, but this is a transaction between two other forum members, and this thread does not need anyone else's input, period.

The only reason this thread is not being closed or locked, as was requested, is because of this post:

Hey Mark, Don't even try to tell me that I am not trying to work this out with out. Putting me on blast that I am not working with you. I have given you ample time to get back to me with Canada Post in regards to the insurance you are trying to claim. Trying to have this post CLOSED isn't going to resolve anything. Your just trying to hide the fact that you are not going to make this right and throw this on me. That's not happening buddy. MODS - PLEASE leave this thread open. I have not reached a resolution to this situation. Just because the fact that I didn't have the time to test the card doesn't mean anything. I tested it as soon as I got a chance and this is the result I got.

Me trying to ruin your name?? I didn't do anything, You did this to yourself.. Members here know me and I have purchased items from many members here and have not had a issue. I TRUSTED you for being a Pure OC member and a CORE Member for a matter of fact that you would not have sold me a item was not was functioning properly. Now you are sending me emails telling me you have " NO Money" to refund but yet you are buying items from members here on pure OC. Real Classy Mark.

Just so some of you should know that I have kept in contact with him the entire, I have given Mark Ample time to resolve this. I kept most of it private between me and him and after over a week it wasn't getting ANYWHERE. In Fact the letter he got from the Canada Post said "HE" needed to have the item in order to continue the process of his claim. He has to send the item in for insurance to pay for his claim, So I asked him to refund me and I would send him the card back. Its only fair at this point since the Canada Post would give "HIM" the money and NOT "ME". After contacting him giving him his option his reply to me:

"well that is to bad i don't have the money i sold you a workinkg graphichs card and you waited 2 and a half weeks before you told me anything was wrong, Buyer beware after 2 weeks sorry"

Come on Mark, Thought you said as per your post before you were going to make this right. This doesn't seem like your making it right. I tried to deal with you privately, But since you had to PUBLICLY post to closed this thread, I will make EVERYTHING public to see what kind of a person I am dealing with if I have too...

As said before, All I asked was you to make this right, If I sold someone something bad even if I didn't intentionally know. Esp here on PureOC where we treat each other with respect I would have done with right thing. But I am not going to take getting the short end of the stick here... I have ALL your emails saying your going to make things right with me.. But till this day, all I have is here say. You have done NOTHING as of right now to make things right. As I said before, I would be more then happy to send the card back to you so you can complete the submission of your claim, But I am not going that till I get a refund since the insurance claim is in YOUR NAME, If I send you the card and once you get the cash and you still not refund me. Now I am stuck without a GPU Card (that doesn't work) and out the money. Sorry I am not taking that chance with you.

Also please stop using your hospital situation a part of this, You are now out of the hospital and we are trying to work this out, Even if I had a chance to test the card and it was bad when I first got it, it wouldn't have matter since as you said "You were in the hospital" So I would have not be able to reach you like I did in the first place. We would have ended back up at square 1 IMO. So please, don't use that as a excuse. As much as we are sorry for whatever situation you were in.. but that was then and this is now..

    END OF STORY.

Really no one is "allowed" to post on the thread except you two, having it open helps absolutely no one just close it. And take a chill pill both of you.

Polo, I tried to deal with him to resolve this, I wasn't going to make to much of it publicly. Since you are not in the situation you don't understand what I am having to deal with. So please try to keep your opinion to yourself unless its constructive at this time. Since he is trying to close this thread without a Resolution is obviously is trying to hide something he doesn't want to me bring up.

I am at the point where I am running out of options, Since he made the first post that I am not helping him out so be it, I have ALL the emails to prove that I have been cooroperative enough with him already.
Like I said, I am just trying to make this right with me getting the short end of the stick here.

You guys are making it PUBLIC I can shout my opinion as much as I want if you don't want to hear it go back to your PRIVATE messages. To be honest I don't care about this issue, I don't care if you have proof, there is no way I nor anyone else that sees this can help either of you so making it public is just a waste of everyone's time.

Like I said, I wasn't the first to make this PUBLIC, I was dealing with him Privately, Mark posted first today after I gave him some options to resolve this. I am just responding to provide some light into the situation. Him requesting to close this means he doesn't want anyone to know he hasn't resolved it with me, Sorry, but if he sells to another member in here the future and they get stuck with the same BS, Its just not right.
