Have you made a decision on video card yet? I wanted to let you know the XFX HD7970 Double D Black Ed. Steve and I suggested probably isn't the way to go. I guess XFX modified the card recently and voltage is now locked. The only XFX HD7970 card with unlocked voltage and BIOS is the GHz Ed. I'm getting this one to crossfire with my XFX ref. design card: DIAMOND 7970PE53G Radeon HD 7970 Video Card - Newegg.com

BTW: I've been reading that allot of the new 7970 are coming down to having locked voltages.... esp. the newer xfx and even read some of the newer MSI and ASUS models.
Not sure if the information is accurate, but that def. can hinder some buyer from choosing the cards.
I personally really like the new Asus 7970 DCII card, but too bad the price is way to high..
