AMD FX-8350 or an Intel i5-3570K will do the trick in that price range. If you can find an i7-2600K, that would be even better.

If you are willing to buy on eBay, the 2600k is available, but the 2600k still sells for about $225-$250 used. If you find new, they sell for almost $300.00
At this point, you might as well get a 3770K for about the same price..

What the OLD Man ^^ said... The FX8350 new is around $200 bucks at most places...
Even the high end ASRock 990FX Extreme 9 is $160 or so...

The Extreme 9 can overclock the 8350 to 4.8ghz stable with no issues.

Kenny. who you calling old lol I believe his problem is that his whole budget is $200m which leaves no room to purchase a board. If I remember correctly, that last time I checked, the 8350 was $189 which is very cheap, considering your getting an 8 core chip for under $200. Adham, if you ask around on here, you might find someone willing to sell you a 990FX board cheap

I'm looking to trade my 3770 for a 3570k. Or just sell it for the cost of a 3570k which is about $210. I've been running it for about 9 months now and thoroughly tested it... no errors or heat issues like some have.
