Default Help me buy a good computer

    Hello dears
I need a pc for oc and gaming . So I need a powerful motherboard , Unlock Intel CPU , powerful liquid cooling system and 3 or 4 way SLI Graphic Cards .
It doesn't important for me that all part of the cooling system or etc be from unique brand .
I thought it would be a good idea that my liquid cooling system has 3 loops :
    1-A loop only for CPU
2-A loop only for Graphic Cards
3-A loop for mosfet , chipset , RAM , HDD and SSD
    I Have $10,000 but I can borrow $3,000 and spend $13,0000 .

It's hard to say what you will be able to buy in your country.

We have access to much that is restricted to ship to Iran. Many companies that ship to us, cannot legally ship to Iran.

You should go through retail channels that are available in your country, and that will insure that your Shiny new PC is not intercepted as it is being shipped to you from elsewhere.
