Default Best deals right now on low-mid range GPU?

My video card has been going downhill for a while and I might finally be able to afford a replacement soon. I've found some great prices on GTX 960s on eBay, but wanted some pointers on other options to look for? Any suggestions on what the best deals going on right now would be to look for?

I'd still check out the RX 470s or the GTX 1050 Ti's. Solid performers both of them and you can upgrade to the new manufacturing process as a result. (28nm to 14nm, or was it 16nm?)

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually ended up going with the RX 470, which I hadn't even considered yet. Even though I'd found some used GTX 970s on Ebay for about the same price, the 470 is nearly as powerful, NEW instead of used, and has lower wattage (which is reassuring since I'm not upgrading my PSU at the moment).

    Much appreciated.

Between RX 470 and GTX 1050 Ti I would (without considering that I'm 100% nvidia fan), go with RX 470:

    Significantly higher memory bandwidth ------------- 211.2 GB/s vs 112.1 GB/s ---------------- Around 90% higher memory bandwidth
    Better floating-point performance ------------------- 4,940 GFLOPS vs 1,981.4 GFLOPS ---------- Around 2.5x better floating-point performance
    Higher texture rate ----------------------------------- 154.4 GTexel/s vs 61.9 GTexel/s ----------- Around 2.5x higher texture rate
Significantly more shading units --------------------- 2,048 vs 768 ---------------------------------- 1280 more shading units
Significantly more texture mapping units ----------- 128 vs 48 -------------------------------------- 80 more texture mapping units

Yeah, the 1050 Ti was the "if I had to knock a few more dollars off" option but not really worth it for this PC. I was mainly deciding between a used 970 or a new 470. Taking used hardware out of the mix the real sweet spot in the bang-for-your-buck category seems to be between the RX 470 and the GTX 1060 3GB. I ended up finding the MSI Armor OC 4GB card for $169.99 with a $15 MIR on Amazon, so I grabbed it.
