PureOverclock can accept NO responsibility whatsoever for any deals done on this Forum. All transactions are private between the buyer and seller. Make sure the seller has sufficient trust beforehand from sites such as ebay, etc.

Buy / Sell / Trade Rules
The Market area is for the use of all PureOverclock Forum Members within the following rules:

1) Specifically state what is being sold, be as detailed as possible (model, condition, accessories, etc)
2) Include a photograph of said item
3) Include your name somewhere in the photograph (on a piece of paper is fine) to prove it is indeed your stuff and not someone else
4) State the price being asked
5) Post if/when the item is no longer available.

Use your head
Take every precaution to make sure the other is trustworthy before going ahead, PureOverclock will not get involved with any disputes.

Payment
Payment is to be arranged between the buyer and seller. PureOverclock is not involved in arrangement, collection, or determination of payment in any way, shape, or form. If money is to be transacted, use legitimate methods such as PayPal, etc. Any issues arising from payment is between the buyer and seller, not PureOverclock.

No traders
The B/S/T Forums are for the use of private individuals to buy and sell their own personal property. Commercial Trading, i.e. buying and selling of items specifically for profit, is strictly prohibited. Anyone buying and/or selling excessive quantities of items will be deemed to be Commercial Trading and they will be banned.
