    Default Brand new case.

Hey all, I have had major problems with my new case, but its fixed now, and its an absolutely wonderful case. Its a Cooler Master Elite 330. It cost me $40.00 (19), what an exchange rate!!. I will get you some pictures this week, it is a wonderful case and the CPU is not going over 30C at all inside.

The front is made of mesh, and I have a 120mm fan blowing cool air onto my HDDs, the side has 2x 80mm fans blowing onto my CPU and heatsink, and in the rear is a 120mm fan blowing out of the case, even though it has these amount of fans, it is dead silent. Its also a very handy tool-less design.

I will give a full review and pictures very soon

O.k, its been a while since I promised some pictures, I am sorry about that, just been doing some major exams. But here we go..

Here is the view of it looking down from my bed.
The front is covered with a 'Mesh' covering, which the human eye cannot see into. It allows for superior airflow, and my, it works extremely well. A 120mm fan blowing onto the hard drives cools them down to a 29C at load (when the air conditioning is on).

Just for comparison, my old computer case is on the left. Yes, those are all of my desktops and they're all working. If you see me on MSN, I sometimes mention that I'm on a different computer.

    Specifications of them all.

Left (Custom Built, Home network firewall and network storage)
    AMD Sempron 64 3100+
    256MB PC3200 RAM
80GB Western Digital Hard Drive 7200RPM (IDE)
    256MB nVidia 5700LE AGP x8 Graphics
    Windows 2000 Professional

Centre (HP Pavilion 7810, My 'Legacy PC', Basically when I want to look a different desktop)
    Intel Celeron 700MHz
    512MB PC100 RAM (Running at 66MHz)
80GB Western Digital Hard Drive 7200RPM (IDE)
    Intel Accelerator Graphics 11MB
    Windows XP Home Edition SP2

Right (eMachines T3065, Media Centre, it has a TV tuner and it records programmes I miss while I'm at school. Was Ex Firewall till last week)
    AMD AthlonXP 3000+
    512MB PC333 RAM
160GB Western Digital Hard Drive 7200RPM (IDE)
    nVidia MX Integrated graphics
    Windows XP Home Edition SP2

    Very nice Gareth

I love your new case, looks like a bargain. Your other 3 desktops also look pretty cool, especially the one on the left.

Jameson, that is a good question, but my keyboard & monitor are at an angle so its much more comfortable. I do like the case on the left also, but it has very little air flow and is very unstable (a slight bump dents it). Those are the two of reasons I got a new case. The other reason for my new case is because I'm moving about 1,000 miles in a few weeks time and I am not too sure how my old case can withstand it. All I can say is time will tell and I hope the firewall server makes it without damages.
