    Default removing plastic tie wraps

    verizon put plastic tie wraps like you use to secure cables all over my house I do not like their service and need to return the phone jack cable I cant figure out how to open release the tie wraps HELp

    LOL, cut em with a stanley knife. You cannot undo them. This is the only way.

    I need to get the tie wraps off the phone jack cable to return for 39 dollars
    plus its snaked across the hall and I keep tripping on it
    any clue how to get the ties off?

    If the tie wraps are like the ones I use here, I just ~carefully~ cut them with small wire cutters.
    Again,.....Buy a cheap phone jack cable at a home center and give them that. Insist that it's the one that they used.

    Cut the head of the tie then. (the fat part) It's a little harder to do, but it will work without screwing the wire up.
    You don't want to scar the wire before you return it.

    due to the hyper vigilant sales @ verizon I got a call they were coming to install ? I just had it turned off
    so when the guy came I asked him to cut the bloody tie wraps
    job done
    p.s. my speed @ verizon was 5 mbps up .378 down
    back with comcast speed 25 up 3.6 down
