    OK. So I am having a custom res made for my azza case.I need to know witch is the best thickness.
    3/16 or 1/4''.
    This is what the company want's to know before they start the build of my res.

    if it's bay res then I would go with 3/8" thick and make sure they use screw-inserts or you will be sorry when you mount it.

    I'm gonna assume it's just a FrozenQ tube res. 3/16" is more than adequate for a tube res. 1/4" for a bay res.

    FQ and IanDH are the only ones I know that do one-off reservoirs for folks, and I think Ian is too busy IRL these days. Or am I way off base here and you found another party that does customs? Lund might be a bit expensive for a one-off.
