thanx - the case came pre painted (it's a $50 NZXT!), and the tubing $8 for like 10 feet at home depot

Garden hose FTW! Was thinking of doing it myslef buut i sticked with feser tubes

@say what: Nice side panel but like drdeath said could use some cable managment and interior painting

@Earthmonger: Nice setup there . I like the idea of chromed pipe, maybe you'll redo all the tubing?? seen it done before, but with copper pipes not chromed. BTW that pipe will be inside or out??

I did think about plumbing the entire system, but I didn't think about it for long. Plumbing fixtures are unsightly; cast brass is fugly (billet brass is lovely though). And welding would destroy the chrome finish. I do have another five meters of that chromed copper laying around. I'll use it for something, but not the PC.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for my other two pump tops to arrive, and to my knowledge, they're STILL sitting in BF Belgium. I wasn't lazy today however (unusual). I have begun working on the new rad box to hold the Mo-Ra 2 Pros. So here's some roughs:

From the side. This thing is 4' (or 1.2 meters) wide. It is 12" (25cm) deep. Eventually the whole thing will be stained in deep black, but now it's in the mock-up phase. I rarely "plan" anything, I just jump in. Pump is for scale.

Okay, this is the tricky part. I have to fit 4 D5s, a PSU, 2 reservoirs, 2 fans, an Aquaero, and a Bitspower molex distribution block in here. Wish me luck.

From the back. Gotta love that 133mm hole saw. 8x 140mm fans. Plan is to cover the ENTIRE rear of this thing with a slide-out fan filter. So... who makes 4' long fan filters?

In case you were wondering how the rads were mounted to the wood panels. These are not the original bolts that shipped with the rads. I bought some longer ones. What you don't see here is that each rad bolt has an extra stop nut on the inside; that is so that the fans don't sit right on top of the fins, but rather are bumped out a ways.

    Meh.

I think the shipping costs would make you cry.

    Edit: 01/06
I got an email today from the shop in Belgium that is having problems shipping my two missing pump tops to me. They said they just sent it again, via the normal Belgium postal service.

What's funny is that I no longer care. I won't be using them. No, now I'm waiting for availability of the brand new dual-D5 top from Bitspower to hit Sidewinder. Two of those, rather than four individual tops, will greatly ease the tubing runs inside my rad box. So, bottom line is, my old-new-old BP tops are coming from Belgium finally, but now they don't even matter.
