    Ok update time!

I got the pair of 6-pin PCI-E cables sleeved

Then I added the UV green dogbones from White Light Laser. After this however I upgraded the test system GPU to a 7970 which requires a 6-pin and an 8-pin, so I'm going to have to remove the dogbones unfortunately.

Then I cut into the top panel of my bench. These are rough cuts from the scroll saw.

And after some Dremeling and filing I got the two XSPC temp gauges mounted.

The right side gauge is for ambient temps so I used some cable routing mounts to tie the cable up. The left sid eone is for liquid temp and terminates in a G-1/4" threaded plug to plug into the system somewhere.

    Here's both temp sensors mounted.

And of course I got orange ones to match the bench.

    That's all for now!

LOL Orange is my dad's favorite color too. He's got an orange/black Phantom 410 and the orange/black Kone Pure I reviewed. I'm more of a red/black myself but the Biostar board is orange/black so I had to get something to tie it all together. Then I found that orange/black paracord and that was it lol
