    Default Air 540 Case

First off is to say some stuff from me.
I just wanted to say I do still love this site and i'm sorry I don't post often but being a high-schooler with a new job I don't have all kinds of time so I normally just sit back and read stuff via Iphone But I wanted to say I'ma try and make more time for my friends here at pureoc.
    P.S. Late merry Christmas

Hopefully I'll have the PSU soon along with a un-boxing of it ^^
(this was a gift my first paycheck will go for the psu xD)
I welcome you the Air 540 from corsair

    Here's a small 360

The case can be supper easily taken apart via the 6 thumb screws. And comes with 3 fans (3pin)

Those cool drive cages pop apart. The magnetic dust filter is nice along with the inner hot swap-able drive bays

Here's some of the cords and how they look/fit in the case + the contents of the small little brown box

In Conclusion I've gotta say I love the case Much better than my old one. The space is awesome the cable management will be a breeze. The only cons I can see are the base being larger via cube case and the fact there are only 2 native traditional HDD spaces

Hope this wasn't a horribly bad post XD

You ARE going to enjoy building in this case.

On the Hdd front I am going to suggest you take a look at the Lian-Li pc90 and the different way the HDD's are mounted in that. It is something to consider if you need more drives.

I include a quick picture of a 540 I did for my boy for Christmas (low quality no flash)

    Rig2: 2*e5-26xx (16c/32t @2.4), Asus z9 pe-d8 ws, 32gb ripjawsz under water, rig3 2*e5-26xx (16c/32t @2.4), Supermicro 7047A-T 16GB 1600 ecc reg, on air

looks really nice(cool mod?) To be honest I wouldn't use more than 2 HDD's If i had the option I'm gonna shoot for two 2 TB black drives or something and the rest will be on SSD's ^^ I love working >_< yay money
