Tough choice. In truth, it's going to come down to what appeals to you and what you can afford. None of these cases (Fractal, Phanteks) is bad. It all comes down to how they look to you, and the features you like the most. I'd read some reviews on the different cases, particularly reviews that look at the case in terms of function *and* appearance.

I've got two Fractals (A define R4 Blackout, a Node 804), and while they are used for strikingly different purposes, I love them both. The R4 is my favorite case to date though. If I was building another PC, I'd probably shoot for a Define S, or R5 or a C.

Hes right the choice is yours to make not ours, you have to weigh all of it, and choose what you think is going to be best for your wants, and especially your needs.
good luck my friend and happy hunting.

Ok thanks fractal and phanteks is ideal for the modding too other the water cooling custom loop?
Ok one update for the series and the winner of the choice is phanteks but i see the in-win 303 and 509 and probably my definite choice is phanteks/in-win for the materials !!!!

Two good choices what do you plan on cooling GPU, CPU, Ram? My current setup has 240 in the front and 360 up top
I am running 5/8" tubing you have several choices on size to choose from I like the 5/8'' by 1/2'' its easier to route without bending or kinking,
I have a D5 pump and 250mm tube reservoir mounted at the rear my pump is up front on the floor of the case and hidden from view
there are tons of configuration possibility's to choose from, so I would look at what others have done and then choose something that you really like and go from their also water block is important check out the different choices of blocks and performance they offer.

For the moment Cpu and ram in the future gpu i want to buy skylake i5 6600k or i5 kaby lake 7600k my intention is oc and gaming is better Z170X Ultra Gaming or Hero Alpha or the Formula but the Dual Hybrid Fan Headers with Precise PWM / Voltage Control for Water Pump & Fan of the Z170X Ultra Gaming is very interesting for water block i have the idea to utilized the monoblock is a good idea?
the mosfet is near the cpu block? For the hard tube is better xspc or primochill?

Frankly I prefer XSPC for all my water cooling needs especially water blocks but here is a link for the rigid tubing you will need the bending kit as well. I prefer flexible tubing easier to make changes.
PETG Tube/Fittings ? XSPC - Performance PC Water Cooling

Primochill for the LRT flexible tubing
PrimoFlex Advanced LRT Flexible Tubing - 3/8in. ID x 5/8in. OD (Sold by the Foot) - Crystal Clear - PrimoChill.com
