I think you meant to say NZXT n450 Noctis, if so, this is an great case it can support varoius combination of Radiators:
    Front 2 x 140 or 3 x 120mm
    Top 2 x 140 or 3 x 120mm
    Rear 1 x 140/120mm
so it will be no problems for your custom loop.

You can go with full tower case if you planning to have all your system under water, lets say 2 GPUs + CPU + pump + res + 2 rads, otherwise if you plan to cool only CPU or CPU + GPU the n450 is more then enough (loop should be something like: Rad 360mm --> Res --> Pump --> CPU --> GPU --> Rad 360mm, or whatever combination you want). IMO.

In that case is better to go with full tower case like Phantom 820, Corsair 760T or 780T or one of the best Full Tower cases the Phanteks Enthoo Primo.

We can say so, you can install one 240/280mm Rad in front (rearranging the HDD cages) and up to 360mm Rad on Top see the pic:

Sure, I think the TT P5 with rigid tubing will be even better, don't forget to post the pics of your build even a build log.

And +1 for the Fractal Design R4/R5. I have an R4 Blackout Edition, and absolutely love it. Might be a bit tight for multiple rads though. Having said that the R5 ditches some things that might make it friendlier for Rads.

    S.

You might want to look at the Define S as well as the R4/R5.
