    Default My Baby - Its Finished

    Well nearly finished

    Tydied the cables up as much as i could (still haven't got the hang of it yet but getting better. Gave up waiting for a GTZ i7 hold down plate so bought a xspc delta v3

    Anyhow its built thought i'd post pics. In APRIL/MAY its getting stripped for a full custom spray and some lazer cutting can't wait but seriously low on funds so i will have to. The case is going to be white with a shark lazer cut vertically up the side and a blue ocean effect half way up that goes all round the case - the inside bays are being pwder coated deep blue as well.
    So here you are folks hope you like so far.

    Nice...post your pics at the watercooling Gallery here
    PUREOC Water Cooling Gallery

    I noticed that your pump doesn't seem to be seated or standing upright? looks slanting ? Are the tubes too short or something?

    Hows it running 2 4870x2 in Quad Cross fireX? Do u see a huge gain or were they very minimal?

    @bullydog:
    It doesn't appear to me that he is cooling his graphics cards. Looks as if the stock cooling is still in place.

    thanx for all the feedback so far - i might post another few pics with the all the fans on green and then with a bit of a mix - also as soon as april/may and i have enough cash will definatly be going for the custom paint etc so will post some more after that - don't want to go liquid on the GPU yet as i like having a waranty - but that upgrade is on the list along with the possibility in the future of phase change on the CPU (not sure yet about the last one) would really like a i965 as well but this is really starting to cost me a lot of money i only finished the x48 RIG off 3 weeks a go and decided to do this lol - I really must be nuts. :rolleyes:

    With the HD4870 X2 fan set at 60% - 70% there really is no need to water cool them. mine idled at 40c and stayed around 65c under load.
