Xclio A380Plus Fan Not Working

I've had this case for about 7 months. I've noticd the fan spinning a little bit strangely for a while, and then stopping. I had to turn up the fan speed on the fan controller to get it to spin again. Now, when I turn the computer on, the blue LED lights are on, but the fan is not spinning. I have not touched it... even when I turn the fan speed on to high, it does not kick-start the fan anymore.

Maybe the fan controller is possibly broken? However, the cable that connects the fan controller is too small to hook up to the board.

Any ideas?

It's a 36cm fan unfortunately, so if I wanted to replace it, it would cost around $40
