Side-by-Side Comparison of Xbox 360 BF3 Texture Pack

Earlier this week HBG reported that the Xbox 360 version of Battlefield 3 would be a standard definition version of the game unless owners installed an optional texture pack.

Well now we have a direct side-by-side comparison of the game with, and without the texture pack, and boy does it make a difference. Last week Patrick Bach said “It does make a difference, yes, absolutely.” and boy was he right.

correct...but it's more comfortable sit on the couch or a lazy-boy with your feet up then sit behind the desk.
When I'm lazy....I use xbox with a massive plasma tv.

Assuming the PC has a good video card, yes, absolutely. There is another thread on here showing clips of the same scene from an xbox and PC. On the PC version, you could see about twice the detail and effects.
