Default H100 Push Pull & Best Fans

    Hello,

Fast question for ya, im going to be doing a push pull with an H100, and just trying to find the best fans for the job and i already know they are 120mm fans and i need to get more #6-32 x 1 1/4" screws, its going to be mounted on top of a HAF X Full tower case, and there will be 2x 200mm fans on top in the spots for them.

and 2nd question, looking for the best 230mm, 200mm, 140mm, 120mm fans for the HAF X case.

    Thanks

    Zac

dump the 200mm fans, and run 4 / 120mm in a push pull configuration on the H100. I have 4/ 120mm fans at 110 cfm each on my Asetek setup

Scythe recently discontinued the S-Flex "G" fans. They are really nice fans, with good static pressure and noise signature.

I bought a couple last week off Amazon, with free shipping.

go with what Stan suggested and put a fan controller on them so you can quiet them down when not overclocking

120mm fans that move a lot of air and do not sound too loud are made by Cougar and sold by Newegg.

    HERE

I use them, Stan uses them, and we both like them.

Play around with alot of fan combinations on my cooling and when in Push Pull on the Rads
try to use a fan with a small center hub.

If your able to use a shroud between the fan and Rad and space it out it helps.
Dead air zone in the center as to air thru the Rad.

I use these Hi Speed and CFM Scythe fans with small hubs.
Only work as to noise though if run thru a controller.

Me too, but the sickleflow models don't work well on fan controllers. If you are planning on a fan controller I suggest getting PWM capable fans. These interest me, but I haven't used them: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=28786

The Cougar fans that I linked to are PWM fans. They move over 70Cfm of air and only produce 17.9dB of noise.
They are a quiet solution and they're made well.

I use te Sickleflow fans as well.. Mine seem to work just fine with my fan controllers.
I have most my fans turned down and are still pushing allot of air and also not noise at all.
