They will come out with some disassembling. There is probably a hole in the drive cages that will allow a screwdriver access to the fan mounting screws.
If you pull the front panel off of the case, you may have access to more options too.
It's hard for me to give good advice when I don't have a case like that one, here in front of me.

Suggest you take a few close-up pictures before you start so you can refer to them when reinstalling all of it.

Can you remove the front cover? You may have to remove the drive cages to do the fan swap.

I thought that MAYBE there was a metal plate that the fan was screwed onto. I had a case, (Antec POS) that you had to remove the front panel and then take the plate off from that side, and the fan came out with the plate so you could access it.

I know that you could use an Offset screwdriver. 90 degree offset like a socket and ratchet is. It would be a PITA to do, but it's doable.

I have the 120mm cougar fans and they're great. I'd take good quiet ones over high cfms any day. With loud high cfm fans you'll never run them and max cause they're to loud and the speed you run them at would probably have the same CFMs as a quiet one on max so why pay for the extra CFMs if you don't need them?

Mark, response to your pm. You need to remove the front panel to access the fan mounting screws, those screws you see from inside the case are just for securing the fan guard.

You need to remove the to the air-filter to access the screws. I think you know what to do from here.
