    Default Ultra Carbon X4

If any of you are in need of a VGA cooler and are low on funds, you can pick up the Ultra Carbon X4 cooler from tigerdirect.ca. I just received it and I am surprised by the results. My HD 6970 went from 47C idle to 30C idle, 85-92C load to roughly 55-60C under load. This is definitely worth the low price. It may be old, but it does the job very well!

Buy the Ultra U12-40659 Carbon X4 Multi-Socket VGA Cooler at TigerDirect.ca

Does it have any cooling for the VRAM or just the GPU?

It comes with 16 RAM sinks. And the fans... OMG! at 100% you can barely hear them! The fans do feel quite fragile, but they will be fine as long as you don't mess with them too much.

I guess for noobs I should state that you need to find out the mounting hole dimensions of your card to ensure this bad boy will fit.
