    Default MCP35X Problem (Deton required)

Hey guys I actually wanted to surprise visit you with my upcoming Little Devil build, but it seems that have to ruin the surprise with a very annoying problem.

I have recently bought a MCP35X, which I set up in a little test loop.
There is no air in the loop and it was fully bled, the pump is making a damaged mechanical noise.

I am assuming that there is air in the loop(but I can´t see bubbles), since it is very small and there is a vortex in the resevoir, still the pump is my opinion making damage noise.
lets see a pic of that test loop with reservoir and pump please and what type of noise are you hearing?

Here I have uploaded a video of my test loop with two 480 rads.
The sound is clearly mechanical, I presume the impeller housing got damaged during shipping.

have you tried tilting the pump around while its running? does the sound go away or become less audible when tilted in a certain position?

There are no moving mechanical part inside the pump, the impeller head moves by magnetic field. Try to lift the pump off the table, the towel you put under neath the pump, eventually will kill your pump if you test it long period of time.
