    Tx bud,

So I should do the vinegar (acid) flush as well? or just

empty, flush with distilled de-ionized water & refill ??

    EDIT

Do you actually see the sludge/build up in your tubes & resevoirs?
    Regards, Doug

just a quick question when bleeding off the air from the system as in my case the bay reservoir is in the top bay high above the system it has an internal pump and a fill hole its clear acrylic so I can see my flow I currently have all the air bleed off even in the bay reservoir should I have left room for expansion or no air at all which would be better?

it's better leave about 1/4" off the filler port, pressure do build up when the system heat up.
Bump build-in res is must easier to bleeds no matter if it's higher than your rad.

So how often is this maintenance necessary? Is this once a year? Every 6 months?

    Thanks for the guide!

follow the coolant recommendation, some would say 1yr, some 2-3yrs or whenever the coolant looses its color and notice the worse temps.

That is a really good guide..I took mine down about 4 months ago...im now using the silver and just a drop or 2 dead water in distllled...I have noticed with some lines (tubes) they put off a cloudy effect..it even talks about it at PCS

I had it just happen with tygon lines...primoflex addresses this and says there tubes wont do it..I purchased 10 feet and will try it next...Basicly im not sure...I have the cloudy on the tygon lines for the second time though...Just sayin
