    Unhappy newbie need help OC.

    Hi everybody, I've built a system Z68 and I have problems with O.C because when I tested with Prime 95, it always shows blue screen and reset
    Here is my detaiils system:

    P8Z68-V Pro,i7 2600k OC to 4.5ghz, Cooling Noctua NH-D14,8gb G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600Mhz cas 9,PSU CM Extreme 700W, MSI N570GTX, WD Blue 500GB Sata 3 x2, WD Green 2TB, DVD RW Asus.

    It it anything wrong with my system?

    Use something like Core Temp and post your temps. Do you get the blue screen right away.

    Core Temp is ok. I use Aida64 to check and the temps are about 100"F. I think I figure it out because I use Auto VCore when overclocking so it is not stable. I set it manual to 1.40V like the link smduf send it to me and it works. Check with prime 95 about 1 hour and no blue screen

    Switch Coretemp to celcius... Blue screens means you need more voltage somewhere. Go to bios and choose turbo.everything else on auto and restart. See what that yields.
