I suggest that you begin by studying some overclocking guides for the X79 platform in general. The motherboard BIOS presented may not be identical to what is on your Sabertooth but the information will be useful and relevant. Here are some suggestions:

ASUS Rampage IV Extreme - Easy Overclocking Guide - Republic of Gamers [very short and simplistic but provides an easy place to start studying X79 overclocking]

How to Overclock an Intel X79 Sandy Bridge-E Motherboard 1/3 - YouTube

Benchmark Reviews: Performance Computer Hardware Tests and Overclocking Guides. - Intel X79 Motherboard Overclocking Guide

***Sandy Bridge E Overclocking Guide*** Walk through, Explanations, and Support for all X79 Overclockers

Experiment with the information you gain from those links by attempting an initial overclock, perhaps just 4.0 GHz as a starting point to get comfortable with the overall process.

My own experience was that 4.4 GHz is readily achieved with a good air cooler. Meaning the system can be successfully stress-tested under maximum load with temperatures kept under control. But to go higher may require liquid cooling - the temperatures during stress testing to prove stability can become dangerously hot for the cpu with air; i.e. air coolers are not necessarily up to the task. However, chips vary, so other overclockers may in fact successfully overclock a bit higher on air.

I have no notion as to what kind of OC is viable with your Intel RTS2011 LC liquid cooler.
