    You could try to back down a little on the qpi/dram vcore just keep it in 0.500 from the vcore.
    so if your vcore is 1.325 in bios, dont drop down the qpi/dram vcore lower then 1.2750.
    mayby that will bring the temps a little down.
    but try first qpi/dram vcore at 1.300v, if that works oke, then try a bit lower.
    after that if its stable, you could try to put the cpu pll back at 1.80.
