These temps are fine, especially as almost nothing is going to stress your rig as much as Burntest or its variants.

Personally, I would be happy to run 10 hotter than this during testing with SB-E
    Rig2: 2*e5-26xx (16c/32t @2.4), Asus z9 pe-d8 ws, 32gb ripjawsz under water, rig3 2*e5-26xx (16c/32t @2.4), Supermicro 7047A-T 16GB 1600 ecc reg, on air

Your temps are good. Heaving your i7 3820 running on 4.5GHz you'll almost never reach those temps in a real work/game. Could you post your VCore (I can't see it, pic is to small), maybe you can try lower it little (0.005V) by little until have an error or BSOD running IBT (every time you change the Vcore), then rise your vcore to the latest stable before BSOD/Error occurred.

    Always look beyond the limits...

When it comes to tweaking mems, Aida64 has a great bandwidth test that allows you to see any gains (or losses) to be had when adjusting secondary and tertiary timings.

Also, when it comes to the cpu overclock and the voltage set, it can be beneficial to use a Kill-a-Watt at the same time as running your benches.... Whilst the rig will run at a certain voltage it may be noted that the power is fluctuating.... increasing the volts just a single notch then shows smoother power use and better benching.

Observations made whilst setting up to run tasks on rigs 24/7
    Rig2: 2*e5-26xx (16c/32t @2.4), Asus z9 pe-d8 ws, 32gb ripjawsz under water, rig3 2*e5-26xx (16c/32t @2.4), Supermicro 7047A-T 16GB 1600 ecc reg, on air

yes I now, I did use aida already and It gives me a nice performance boost.
And the cpu vcore is already a bit higher then it needs, so overall its a good extra performance for free.
    Don't forget I come from a i7 975 extreme (still a good cpu)

only thing that I,m always find disturbing is, is the vcore 1.320v not damaging the cpu on the long term, I don't use offset but fixed.
I now if the temps are oke then its fine, but it is still using al the vcore even on idle.
So what is your opinion, is it oke??
same goes for the ram, its low profile corsair 1.5v is stock, running at 1900mhz at 1.62 is that still oke???

If you are worried about longevity then my experience has shown me that some cpu's lose their edge to overclock at given voltages whilst others don't but my worst case was a 3770K that required me adding more voltage after about 3 months to run the same overclock (4.8) then all was well again for the next year that I ran it.

Memory: The only real overclocked mems I ran long term were the Samsung greens and they are still going strong with 1.63v (are designed to run at 1.35-1.5v)

Oke but I think you needed more vcore for that 4.8ghz on a 3770k then I use now
