    Hi Sarahan Welcome to PureOC.

First off i will need you to provide your full system specs before we can help you with the OC of your D0.

We will need to consider the type of PSU your using, the Cooling: HSF or Liquid etc...

Update your system specs I can advise you accordingly.
In General, D0 needs about 1.28v-1.35v to get to a stable over clock of about 3.8ghz-4.2ghz
Temperature needs to be a consideration when overclocking.

So it's not reading core temps, it's just the CPU diode temp that is why it's lower the RealTemp.

Have you try the RE2 Bios table sample?
We also need you to post your full complete Bios settings.

Regarding to cooler, I'm not familar with your so my best guess you won't get it pass 4Ghz.

I mean RIIE (Rampage 2 Extreme).
these Bios table Core i7 4Ghz Club & Overclocking Guide

I see you have a lot of setting are still on Auto. You need to set them manually you will have more chance to get it stable. Your RAM is XMP ready, you should select XMP profile instead of manaully setting. This is will save you a lot of headache.

First you should try to disable the Turbo, get it stable then enable the Turbo later. You do need to increase the CPU, QPI/DRAM voltage when the Turbo is on though.

So try one of those samples but set your RAM setting accordingly to your specs, if you have a problem then post back the bios.

Thnaks, but what settings i should set manually? Can you give me some tips? And should i use the bios1 - normal or bios2 - performance?

    Sarahan,
try this settings and i am starting off with 1.35vcore, Since it is a D0 i would think that you will require much lower vcore but if you can get your system stable with this settings ... we can work downwards until you find the lowest possible stable vcore

    Lets start with 191 bclk x 21 Multi (turbo enabled) = 4ghz

You should try Benchwarmer's bios setting since you are using air cooler. Disable the Turbo and test for stability, keep an eye on the temperature.

Study closely those 3 bios samples, you will see which setting should leave it on Auto and which one you should manually set them.

About Bios 1 or 2 you have to wait for Bully to response. He has the same board as you, I know RIIE has two bios but I'm not familar with it.

By the way, you have 920 D0 version therefore your CPU voltage will be less than Benchwarmer voltage. So work your way down to find the right voltage needed, I best guess is somewhere 1.25-1.30v.

Keep it at 1531 first, once the overclock is stable we will work towards 200bclk which will take the rams to 1603mhz

    and should i use bios1 - normal or bios2 - performance?

This option: Execute Disabled bit is to set disabled?

One doubt, why do not use the xmp profile?

    Thanks again

Just a opinion, do you think i can get 200x auto + turbo that is = 4200 stable here?

If yes how much vcore do you think I will i need to get 200x auto + turbo

another question hehehhe, wich is the temp limit to get on prime running? and how much time do I have to run each time I`ll try to downgrade vcore?

    Thanks

U are you air cooler, very slim chance you're going to make it pass 4Ghz with HT/Turbo on.
4Ghz with HT/Turbo on with a good air cooler is possibility.
Keep load (Prime) temp under 75°c is the ideal.
