Hi Sarahan Welcome to PureOC.
First off i will need you to provide your full system specs before we can help you with the OC of your D0.
We will need to consider the type of PSU your using, the Cooling: HSF or Liquid etc...
Update your system specs I can advise you accordingly.
In General, D0 needs about 1.28v-1.35v to get to a stable over clock of about 3.8ghz-4.2ghz
Temperature needs to be a consideration when overclocking.

So it's not reading core temps, it's just the CPU diode temp that is why it's lower the RealTemp.
Have you try the RE2 Bios table sample?
We also need you to post your full complete Bios settings.
Regarding to cooler, I'm not familar with your so my best guess you won't get it pass 4Ghz.

What is RE2 bios table sample?
In bios I have the option to choose wich bios i`d like to use
Bios1 - Default
Bios2 - Performance
I`m using the bios1 now, thinking try to use the performance one
Sorry I`m from Brazil and my english is not soo good, can you explain me what is it?
Bios settings is:
Ai over - manual
Cpu turbo - enabled
cpu ratio - auto
bclk 200
pcie - 100
dram 1603 timings 9 9 9 24 set manual
uclk - auto
qpi ink - auto
epu - full phase
load line enabled
cpu differential - auto
cpu voltage in bios - 1.33750, but i`m trying less
qpi auto
dram bus voltage - 1.65
cpu spread auto
Advanced
ratio - auto
c1e - disabled
hardware prefetcher - enabled
adjacent - enabled
invel virtualization - enabled
cpu tm - disabled
execute disable bit - enabled
intel ht - I want it enabled but with disabled the temps are very coolder

I mean RIIE (Rampage 2 Extreme).
these Bios table Core i7 4Ghz Club & Overclocking Guide
I see you have a lot of setting are still on Auto. You need to set them manually you will have more chance to get it stable. Your RAM is XMP ready, you should select XMP profile instead of manaully setting. This is will save you a lot of headache.
First you should try to disable the Turbo, get it stable then enable the Turbo later. You do need to increase the CPU, QPI/DRAM voltage when the Turbo is on though.
So try one of those samples but set your RAM setting accordingly to your specs, if you have a problem then post back the bios.

Sarahan,
try this settings and i am starting off with 1.35vcore, Since it is a D0 i would think that you will require much lower vcore but if you can get your system stable with this settings ... we can work downwards until you find the lowest possible stable vcore
Lets start with 191 bclk x 21 Multi (turbo enabled) = 4ghz
AI overclock - manual
OC from CPU level up - greyed out
OC from Memory level up - Auto
CPU Ratio setting - Auto
CPU configuration
CPU Ratio Setting - Auto
C1E Support - disable
Hardware prefetcher - enable
Adjacent Cache line prefetcher - enable
Intel Virtualization tech - disabled
CPU TM Function - disable
Execute Disabled bit - disable
Intel HT Technology - Disable
Active Processor Cores - all
A20M - disabled
Intel Speedstep tech - enabled
Intel Turbo Mode tech - Enabled
Intel C-STATE tech - disabled
BCLK frequency - 191
PCIE frequency - 100
DRAM frequency - DDR3 1600MHz
UCLK frequency - Auto
QPI frequency - auto
Dram timing control
1st iformation - 9
2nd information - 9
3rd information - 9
EPU II phase control - full phase
Load-line calibration - enable
CPU differential amplitude - auto
Extreme OV - disabled
Cpu voltage - 1.35
CPU PLL voltage - auto
QPI-Dram voltage - auto
IOH voltage - auto
IOH PCIE voltage - auto
ICH voltage- auto
ICH PCIE voltage - auto
Current voltage
DRAM Bus voltage - 1.65
DRAM REF voltage - auto
Debug mode - string
Keyboard TeakIt comtrol - disabled
CPU spread spectrum - disabled
PCIE spectrum - disabled
CPU clock skew - auto
IOH clock skew - auto

You should try Benchwarmer's bios setting since you are using air cooler. Disable the Turbo and test for stability, keep an eye on the temperature.
Study closely those 3 bios samples, you will see which setting should leave it on Auto and which one you should manually set them.
About Bios 1 or 2 you have to wait for Bully to response. He has the same board as you, I know RIIE has two bios but I'm not familar with it.
By the way, you have 920 D0 version therefore your CPU voltage will be less than Benchwarmer voltage. So work your way down to find the right voltage needed, I best guess is somewhere 1.25-1.30v.

In the bios menu i have 2 bios options, normal or performance
Just a opinion, do you think i can get 200x auto + turbo that is = 4200 stable here?
If yes how much vcore do you think I will i need to get 200x auto + turbo
another question hehehhe, wich is the temp limit to get on prime running? and how much time do I have to run each time I`ll try to downgrade vcore?
Thanks
