Well with the super help from DrDeath I managed to get my 1090T up to 4.1Ghz max stable but was a little to hot for my liking so 4Ghz is my main stable OC.

*****I fired up another Core Temp by mistake and closed the wrong one off hence that the temp is not showing right but it maxed out at 55c*******

4Ghz Which will be my 24/7/365 as it runs alot cooler.

Best I can do on my 8120 with my present cooler is 4.4GHz. Hits 60 C during a 3 hour prime run but, hey, it's 1 degree under max. New cooling is on the way so we will see what I can get with that.

I'll post some screenies of 4.4GHz in my "FX Build" thread later, and then run it again when I get new cooling for comparison.

i would like to know what exactly is the 200mhz, and 100mhz talking about in this photo. any advice would be appreciated.

while i definatly do not want any of my system info known, i can tell you i would expect NONE of my specs to be that low.

I was trying to seek this overclock database for core i7, its good to find here. The reason of crashes is driver you should look forward to this.
