From what I have been told on this board, Acronis is a good program for what you need.

Alright so I bought a new hard drive the other day and was wondering if there was anyway to copy My windows and everything from my old drive onto the new one. Like copy or clone a partition but I'm not sure whether there is a program that does this?

I recently added a new SSD for OS/programs and used Acronis to simply clone my 64 GB SSD to the new 120GB Ocz Vertex, then afterwards I formatted the Crucial SSD and use it for programs and a few games. Everything was extremely simple and not one glitch during or afterwards.
Acronisis an excellent program for handling what you need it to do. Good luck

I rely on Clonezilla http://clonezilla.org/ for perfect copies of partitions or HDs .
Works great ! easy to use and free
You burn the .iso to a CD .
if you need a great free app to burn the .iso image use Imgburn http://www.imgburn.com/ for Windows. free and a great app if you do not already have it.
