    I would really like to get my hands on one of these for my Laptop to Run Linux on, and it would be amazing if somebody could get one for review and let us all know the pros and cons of it, I don't wanna drop $300 on a peice of junk

    your still sacrificing speed at just 5400 RPM for more storage
    I don't know if I would be happy with those results
    did you read the one review were he did those speed tests?
    I would rather spend $300 dollars of my hard earned cash on two really fast SSD

    i am currently using a hybread drive
    it's not worth wasting your money on it.

    save your pennies go SSD @ 750 gig
    unless your rich enough to get a lapy with room for raid, then stack ssd's
    learning is good .....understanding is better .....pleas teach with wisdom............................................ ..............calemus

    Think this is way to expensive hybrid drive. For 169$ more you can have a real 1Tb SSD drive (excellent deal):

    Yeah, I've read it, and because of this review I've decide to buy one M500 960Gb drive, also was a very good deal on Amazon ($439.99 if order before New Year). I had ordered the SSD on 28/12 and was delivered (Peru), on 02/01 (amazing). Total price was very acceptable $520 (product price + all other costs (shipping, fees, taxes...)). Was very good New Year's present to myself.
