Default Queer issue on multi smp GPU machine

On my box im running SMP and GPUv2 without any issues what so ever , just have to disable the GPU when gaming . Now my wifes rig which she leaves running 24/7 I had similar setup but with the GPU being a ATI instead of Nvidia . I though initially that may have been the issue so I pulled one of my 8800's from my box and installed it in her rig , why not its running 24/7 unlike mine and the 8800 gts scc really folds well and I can live without SLI for now .
With the ATI it would send the WU then stop working with an error . With the Nvidia installed now it sends the WU's does not show any errors but sits idle after . If i shut it down and restart it takes off once again ? Not sure whats the problem. Disable the SMP for one round to see if thats somehow interfering , gotta start somewhere . Hmm just noticed on my rig both are same user have to check and see if its the same on her's
Anyone have any insight on whats up or maybe the cause , thanks in advance
    GuNz

edit or update: worked fine without the SMP running hmm dont know maybe just leave the GPU run alone on her rig. Weird though works fine on my box

    Hi Gunz,

In order to get to the bottom of this perhaps you could post a copy of Fahlog at the end of the unit when it finishes through to when it errors (it could be still be in Fahlog prev) You havn't left the oneunit flag on by some chance have you???

Give me a while and I will give you an update on SMP which gives more points I stopped doing SMP personally about a year ago and have only just found out about this. Once I get the info right I will have to update the Guide

EDIT: what team do you fold for?

Thanks Grump me and some of my gaming mates right now just started a few weeks ago JtBclan 179284

Ill have to fire the smp back up and see if it creates the same error once again with the GPU . With the smp shut down it worked perfectly , if it error's once again I'll post the log . Perhaps it was a one time glitch . Boy as noticed briefly checking different post i believe you had mentioned something of it amazing how the ppd of the GPU jumped when shutting down the smp .

    thanks for your response Grumpy
