Default Jays Fun 2000psi Paint Injection Injury

Yup it was a stupid thing to do, I wasnt thinking and pulled the trigger by accident.
But the body has no way to absorb the latex or to get rid of it so the only option is to cut it out and leave it open and let the rest eventually work itself out.

I got real lucky after looking on the net. As you can see this dood got it in the hand!!! Yuck!!
But even more so is with hydraulic lines that can have between 5000 and 10000psi. So just imagine running your hand across a leak in one of those and getting injected with hydraulic fluid!!! Wow yeah im very thankful no question...

Oh yeah, rushed to emergency and then to the plastic surgeon who did the cleaning with the scalpel... he said he got 90% of the paint and the rest would work itself out. When i left i couldnt see any paint as in the photos but last night it was closing up and all around the top there was all this new paint! Guess he was right, have to go back to see him Monday mornin.... then off to go spraying again.

Good job Jay! What kind of gloves do you wear at work that didn't protect your finger ? Did your doctor say it was ok for you to go back to work ?
