Nice!!! Been using this board for a while now with my 3820 and its still rock solid.
Make sure to update the BIOS as there were allot of changes that help fixed some minor issues with the boards features during launch.

3930k is a good chip, but I would look into a better cooler. The V8 is good, but for the price, you can find a much better cooler that will yield better performance.
Have you considered a AIO watercooling unit?? Do you plan on OCing??

I have another Asus x79 board thats using the 4820k and using a H110 it doesn't peak past 50c when slightly OC... Something to consider, the 3930k will cause more heat due to the extra 2 cores and threads but a decent AIO will do a great job.

at -60 you can run a stock cooler and OC to high heaven. If there isnt some sort of antifreeze or high alcohol content in the loop it will freeze. None of the stuff we use has either of those in it. Not that I know of.

i dont think i'll ever use the shop without the heat turned on, so outsise temps wont help cool the CPU.
but will look into more cooler ops
