Is the BIOS on the board 1.40?
    If not, upgrade/flash it.

Unless you have an Enterprise version of Window 7, you'll most likely have to reinstall it.

When you go into a forum asking for help, we need to know system specs, were not asking for your name address and phone number lol You need to go into your drive and uninstall any drivers from your previous motherboard, and at some point Micrsoft is going to ask you to reactivate your OS, usally within 2-3 days. If your running a OEM disk you could be in for a hard time, normaly MS will only allow you to reactivate on a OEM disk due to a hardware change 2 times. If you have a retail disk, I have no idea what your waiting for.

Do you at least have Internet access with your new system ? if not use the new boards install CD and download your lan drivers, once you have internet access do a Google search for the drivers you need and download them, but I have to be honest with you, your not going to be able to get away without reactivating your OS, you may get way with it for a couple of months before they shut you down for good.

Most of the drivers you need can be found on the boards install CD, other drivers such as video, can be downloaded directly from Nvidia or AMD, your DVD or Blu-ray drivers can be downloaded from the manufactures website. The correct way to do this, would be with a clean install, that way your avoiding problems. If you insist on NOT doing a clean install, at least download Driver Sweeper and make sure that all traces of drivers from your old board have been deleted.

What OS are you currently running, and do you have the activation code ? Also, if your holding back from doing a clean install due to photos or some kind of unfinished work, burn everything you want to save into CD's or DVD's then add them to your drive after you have reinstalled windows, and are happy with the way your system is running.
