    Good, Apple deserves it. Steve Jobs said it himself that he would see to it that android be destroyed. Maybe if Apple goes under people will actually compare specs of devices rather than "Oh this is made by Apple so obviously it's the best thing since sliced bread"

    If Google wins their lawsuit the iPhone, iPad and all iPods would be banned for sale in the US which would cost Apple 20 billion every quarter. If Samsung fights back it may open the flood gates for everyone else to follow suit. And Apple is trying to remove Google apps from the default apps for the iPhone which will come back to bite them in the ass later.
