    Scientists for the first time have developed a cancer-killing cell which can be directly injected into patients

    According to the researchers at the RIKEN research Centre for Allergy and immunology, after a long time research finally for the first time they have succeeded in creating the cancer specific immune system cells known as T lyphocytes.

    The largest problem with this is that actually promoting growth of these cells in high enough numbers to effectivly kill cancerous cells causes all sorts of immune system problems. Cancer cells divide so aggressively that you may need more of the T Lymphocyte cells than healthy as they tend to be very vigorous and can kill other, healthy cells.
