Is it possible to put the LRDIMM technology into UDIMMs ? Kinda hoping for the possibility to reduce the load on the host and thus allow better overclocking with 8Gig Dimms especially.

With next gen boards having option for 3200(oc) ram in bios. .......Care to comment on plans to service those sorts of speeds?

Hey guys, we need as many questions from you as possible within the next 10-12 days. In the next month or two we will also be interviewing OCZ, Kingston, and VisionTek, but for now we need questions that you would like us to ask Transcend.

Looking through Transcends product catalog i noticed they sell enthusiast grade memory, never knew they did.
Will we be seeing more memory for the hardcore overclockers, enthusiasts and finally to the guy who just wants a good set of 1600Mhz ram with low timing? Ill add a few more tomorrow, im starting to go cross eyed! Night Fellas!

I cannot think of anything... Right now I am still waiting on DDR4. I wish we would just skip to five at this point. I like the idea of non-volatile memory, if it would allow me to shut down windows without actually shutting it down (i.e. speed demon hibernate).

Following along the lines of what Jake said, "How soon can we expect to move away from DDR3 memory? Certainly we must be pushing its limits in speed and power efficiency by now."

Well the new Z87 boards should be coming out soon, and as far as I know, they will still be using DDR3, so maybe DDR4 will start towards the end of the year, or early 2014.

In that case ..... Spill the beans Trancend.... Even though it may be some few months away.... What do you expect to be able to achieve with ddr4 in terms of speed and latency and do you have a feel yet for the cost relative to ddr3? What, in your view, will be improved by its use?

I reckon that just about everybody owns a Transcend usb stick... Got any news about forthcoming fast or high capacity offerings?

Will Transcend like other manufactures design and release an SSD for the PCI-Express interface?

    Default Re: Transcend

Hello, I have a Transcend SSD320 SATA-III drive now. It's the 256GB size. I love it's transfer speeds, and quality of it's build.
Your RECOVER-X (DATA Recovery) software works well too.

I'm wondering if there are any planned software upgrades to these drives that may add a boost of speed? Is this even a possibility with them?
