    Default Dream Computer in progress.

So I've slowly compiled a group of items that I've considered my "Dream" build.

I already have some of these things built up and I'm slowly getting this set of items, And working my ass off to do it. xD

I'm kinda a amd and corsair fan xD.

    Cpu-AMD FX-8350
    Cooler-Corsair H100i
    Case-Corsair Air 540
    mobo-Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
    Ram-Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4G DDR3-1866-red
    PSU-Corsair 1200W 80 PLUS Platinum
    GPU-Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 3GB(possibly 2)
    SSD-Corsair Neutron Series GTX 240GB
    HHD-Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB
    Thermal Compound-Arctic Silver 5
    Sound card-Asus Xonar DSX 24-bit 192 KHz
Optical drive-some random one around my room
Extra fans-Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition (2-Pack)(2)
OS- most likely win 7 or 8
    Keyboard-Corsair Vengeance K70

So,... Yea that's it. I know that some of it is dumb. EX} the PSU. But as I slowly get this stuff in I will post some stuff here and there. Also can you all help me clear some stuff up such as I heard from some where that gpu stuttering is really bad with the 2 I want, Should I only get 1? And what do you guys think of it.

Over all its a bit over 2,000 $

I also felt like posting this because I've been quite on here for awhile (nothing to post)

I think it looks like it will be a great build. The 1200w PSU is not overkill. Its a safety net for any future expansion. As far as the stutter with 7970 in CF that was an issue but AMD has corrected almost all of that with the last few driver updates. I had some stutter with 3 7950s but once I updated a while back I have not seen any since. The newest drivers has even more performance increases and fixes So i personally would not worry about it. Just remember to download and install the newest Control center and drivers from AMD when you are ready to go. Do not use the drivers included with the cards. leave it in the box because they are always very very outdated and can create more headache then its worth.

    Look forward to your updates!

Nice! Only recommendations would be Prolimatech pk-1 for thermal compound. I actually moved to this from AS5 and it is better. IC diamond is the best though. And, don't go windows 8. Just stay with 7. I have 8 and it's been a pain, especially with Overclocking because I've gotten Lock ups, occasional crashes (usually just from power failure) but the start up after a crash is painful. Also had too many Borderlands 2 game crashes in 8, but all my friends with 7 never have any problems.
