    Default customer services at ocuk

Just wanted to post my experiences with the people at ocuk, and basically say how impressed i am. as some of you may know, ocuk only offer delivery at 8 or more, all being next day services; so when i payed that 8 and my order didnt show up for a week i was understandably some what annoyed. So i wrote to them using thier webnote system, and within two days i had an apology and all delivery charges refunded plus an extra 1.50 that they decided to give me. well done ocuk

well im (hopefully) getting my package with my memory and webcam tomorrow, and if all goes well ill have more memory and some pictures of my computer up tomorrow.....but i think i should tie all my cords down because it is a giant mess with cords and dust.....

i need air duster.... i need to buy some

*edit* when i wrote that i was planning on typing something else....So here it is:
So about a year ago i ordered something from newegg, it was packaged and sent out to UPS, then my brother ordered something a few days after me, but it turns out UPS held my package hostage over the weekend until my brothers package caught up with mine so they could deliver it at once....and it was the most important part i needed....my PSU.....

I placed an order on 14/1/07 and 2 DAYs LATER THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DESPATCHED:mad:

Order was for an saphhire HD 3870 Graphics card, so you can imagine my fustrations.

Thing is OcUK had Debited my account for 156POUNDS. So I could not get another card for even longer

Eventually I had to cancell the Order because OcUK were not even
informing me the Customer about the Order Situation.

Very Very Poor Service! Poor Customer Service as well neve once apologises.

Infact I had to phone Ocuk to find out all this information. Which cost me phone bill etc

    DONT USE THEM!!
I am sure there are lot of unHappy customers who havent made the effort to complain!

    Still no Graphics Card

i've ordered from OCUK at least 20 times over the years and have never had a problem that couldn't be resolved by a phonecall or email. I've RMA'ed with them many times, too.

mosesolu2, what did they say the problem was in the end?

iv ordered around 600 worth of parts recently and theyv been great. You do know the delays on that card have been mainly because of supply problems? i had to wait a month for one to come in stock.

i'd recomend them to a freind.. and have done in fact. i got an apology from them, and if you use the webnote service as they recommend your problem will get resolved quickly.

EDIT: also, the above mentioned order came on time, and with all presant and correct now im just waiting on getting the funds for my processor and im up and running.
