Default time for the dreaded reformat

i feel its around time to reformat and clear out all the c**p on this pc. unfortunatly with xp media centre edition reformats are marathons. i predict a long day.

EDIT: im now going to have to wait for ages until my sister finds a disk :S

Take it easy bro - reformatting doesnt have to be a tedious and unenjoyable experiance!!! take these easy steps :-

    1) Play guitar hero 3 as it does it, with something as frustatingly annoyingly stuidly hard as this game - you will quickly find the welcoming smile of the windows xp question mark strangely appealing.

    2) Get drunk - and then proceed to click all the wrong options in the setup and screw up your pc so badly , install xp on sooooooooo many partitions you spend sunday hungover and reformatting it all over again!

    3) Chase children with sticks :- we all know children are getting smarter these days! who knows, maybe chasing one with a stick may encourage him to accidentally reveal the secret to quick and painless reformatting.

Ok i cant vouch for any of the above methods, dont try them, really dont.

    Gl with reformat , bbs

if you dont want to wait do it at night, or wait to go back to work/school, snd if its still not done, take a nap, wipe the eyeboogers out and see how long its going to take for it to finish

its not the normal format stage, its the damn "installing necessary programs" satge that takes an age. doing it at night could work.

lol cydonia, i hate guitar hero (im a guitarist so it annoys me to hell) but the other 2 options sound some what fun

agreed, especially when you write something and play it quite a lot and then ur mates walk round humming or singing it then have a go at you for getting it lodged in there, tis great
