Stan, here is my proposal: I will send the motherboard and 16GB ram back to you. You can in turn send me just one package including: the fan controller, 32GB ram (which I know you have a 32GB kit HyperX Fury at the moment), working Msi GD65 Gaming mobo or $150 check for replacement, 1250watt Seasonic PSU Gold Cert, Waterblock for the CPU, fans, and the waco fittings and I won't go to the court tomorrow and file against you.

I know Stan has made it seem like I didn't pay him. I did pay him in full. He received the final payment back in March after he said the checks I sent him back in Febuary were never received. I did have to have the checks reissued and he did receive them. Also on 3 occasions I attempted to work it out with him where I was going to pick up the build in person from him. The 1st time was in late December and he stated he needed another week to complete it. The 2nd time was the 1st week of January and again he stated it was finished and he needed 2 more weeks. The 3rd time was the 2nd week of Febuary and again another excuse from him as to why I couldn't pick it up. Finally after all his go arounds I did show up at his house. Not at 9pm but at 6:30pm after I told him I was going to be there at 4:30pm. Once again the build was not finished and he stated he hadn't received the checks yet. The checks were never cashed so I was able to replace them. Also I didn't go back 20 minutes later. I put my kids in my car and walked right back to his door and explained to him that what my main concern was that the case would be damaged in shipping and with a case that cost $350 and a $400 paint job that was justified. So I told him to remove the gpu's and I would take the case mobo and ram, on my way out he handed me a 1000watt psu. I returned the psu to him explaining it wasn't what we had agreed upon. At that moment I was full of frustration. I have the original receipts for the the money orders he said he did not receive and I have the receipts of the replacement money orders and the fee of $35 each for the replacements. At no point did I ever try to steal or rip off or even be deceptive. Everything I have stated is fact. He must need a bigger shovel because the hole just keeps getting deeper. I did state to him again that I didn't need the DVD RW or the Tubing but, at this point I feel with all the bs and headaches he has caused me I deserve these parts. After all I did pay for them. As far as the mobo goes, he stated that it was a no longer working mobo and that is exactly what I received from him is a non-working Msi GD65 Gaming motherboard. I am entitled to a working system. The issue of him not sending me the rest of the parts, he has had a month and a half and he quit responding to my emails and a month and a half is plenty of time to send parts despite his excuses that he needs surgery or he hurt himself, blah blah. He has been actively doing reviews on Proclockers and on Facebook the last month and half. Still no excuse as to why I haven't received my parts. This has been the worst experience of my life. Some of you may recall that recently I was ripped off a 3570k from another p2p exchange. Some of you have 1st hand knowledge of this event too. Losing a whole cpu wasn't as bad as this experience by a guy who is in such a position as Stan. I am not the only person who has had bad experiences with him. I know it seems like I am only posting this for myself but, the truth needs to be told and I want everyone to be aware that I am being rational and I am trying to get a resolution to this issue. No more closed doors. Out in the open for everyone to see. What does my divorce have to do with anything? Just goes to show his true character

I hate to takes sides on subjects like this. But feel like people always just voice opinions when things go bad and nobody every hears the good.

I have purchased stuff from Stan and have received exactly what I was promised.

He even went so far as to send the original packaging with.

My experience could not have been better.

Like I said, I just want people to hear the good part as well.

I have done purchases with Stan before, and you are correct. This is the 1st time things have gone south. This was the most expensive purchase I made from him. I have done a total of 8 transactions with him and you're right I didn't post the good ones. Up to this point everything was as described. With this transaction nothing has been as described except the case and SSD

My transactions with Stan have all been positive. Everything went as we agreed upon every time. He has made me some great deals before and I'm glad about every purchase.
I always send my money to him in advance, and he always ships on time and usually adds a little extra in the box. I got a free SSD once, and some RAM too.

I would deal with him at any time, and I do.

Regardless of past purchases from Stan by anyone, good bad or indifferent! it is what it is.
This issue is between him and Stan and your experience really has no bearing on any of it.
I say to both parties get your facts together, and let the Judge decide.

That's not so when it's brought to the forum where we all discuss things together. Here is where it was made public, and spread around like fertilizer. This is when my experiences are appropriate to talk about.
I quoted my experiences buying from Stan just to keep it real. My dealings with him were just as good as they were with you, or Kenny. I felt that it should be said and I'm not sorry that I said it either.
Another forum member who will go unnamed for now ripped me off in a deal during the holidays. I'm still trying to get him to man-up and pay me back. It's a PITA for me.

Maybe they should just go to court and tell it to a judge. At least then there would be an end to crap like this on our forums. I'd rather talk about technology any day. That's why I come here to post.

Your right Im with you Neil without having all the facts Its just not for us to decide who is to blame or right from wrong is all I was trying to convey, mistakes were made by both parties and they need to settle this themselfs

A little over a month and a half to seend the remaining parts is plenty of time for him to send them to me. Plus all the changes he made with out my authorization and then he expects me to just deal. It wouldn't have gotten this far is he just kept up his end of the deal. Not responding to my emails for weeks and just blatantly ignoring me, is uncalled for. Stan stated a cpu was never installed on this MSI mobo, then why is the socket protector missing in his pictures? Why did he state the mobo didn't work anymore and then give me a non-working mobo? I've had a lot of patients with him and he is the one who is trying to screw me. If anyone who was in my position would do the same thing I have. I don't want to go to court with him. It's an uneccessary step he could easily avoid by just making good with me. He has not tried to make any resolution with me what so ever. I offered a resolution which he hasn't responded to. Please see post #17 for a reasonable resolution. That's that. Judge me all you want, this thread was started to put some pep in his step. Like I have also stated several times, I am not the only one to have issues with him. I know nobody else has posted a negative comment about their transaction history with Stan. I know a guy who was ripped off $3000 by him and 2 others that have nothing but negative things to say about him and the way he does business. Why doesn't Stan pipe up and offer a resolution to these problems

1 1/2 months Zack, there's another lie On march 6th you emailed me saying you would start process of getting the check replaced. on the 8th you said it would take 15 days before they even thought about processing your claim which now brings us to March 28th, and your payment finally arrived the end of March. One week later I sent you everything with the exception on the PSU and cpu block and the motherboard box which was shipped out today The CPU block is coming from Frozen CPU Priority mail, the enermax 1200W and the MSI box was shipped priority mail also VHJ 533344285 US AND CAN START TO ME TRACKED TOMOROW MORNING.

Hey Neil, for some reason I'm no longer allowed to post photos, so I'm going send you Zacks email as well as the Frozen CPU receipt, as well as the photo or what I packed in the box, I know longer trust Zack to be honesty about anything so I would appreciate it if you would post everything for me./ One last thing that IO said yesterday, if Zack would have left the build and picked it up when he was supposed to instead of taking a partially built system home, none of this would have happened. Instead he tries to get me to give him everything without paying for it . then he t6akes half a build with him, and a month later all of a sudden there's bent pins, that were not bent when the system left here. Zack you know you looked inside the case when I removed the side panel, if there had been bent pins you would have said something right there and then. Like Neil said, I always ship when I say I will and there's never any thing wrong with what I ship both Bon and Steve have also bought hardware from me, Steve bought a whole system minus the case, X79 board, 3960X memory, PSU and GPU. Neil has bought several GPUs from me also SSDs, Bob has also bought hardware from me. and each person got exactly what they paid for. Zack, never contact me again, you came to my home unannounced dragging 2 small boys on a 1000mile round trip in the snow with the intention of taking the build and never paying me for it.

How many of you guys would send a check for $1100 and not get any kind of proof that you actually sent it ? Zacks excuse was that he only had 4 dollars left, now lets remember he supposedly only send a check, priority mail for a check is less than $4.00 the truth is the check was never sent, in fact a week before he said he mailed it, he also said he was broke =that his divorce lawyer took all his money, so when I tell him a can' wait any longer to get paid and was going to start selling the parts to pay my bills, he all of a sudden has money to send a $1100 check. Zack you will never get me to believe you mailed the irst check, the night you were here you wouldn't even look at me which was my first clue that you were not being honest with me and had the intention of ripping me off, 2nd was not being able to provide any kind of proof that you sent the check. Your parts are on the way, and everything else I'm sending to Neil.

That's funny Stan that you are sending it Neil. Why is that, so you can edit the emails like you have in the past? If a cpu was never installed, then why was there thermal paste on the cpu hold down and why is the socket protector missing in your photos of this build. I trusted at the time when I was at your house so I didn't feel the need to go over every single inch of the build. I had thought we had worked it out. Another thing is why did you only install a 16GB kit of ram when you assured me 5 times that is was a 32GB kit? Why was it when I tried to come pickup the build from you 3 times with cash in hand was it not completed? Why was it when I arrived at your house the build still wasn't finished?

You have stated the Msi GD65 Gaming motherboard didn't work and you were getting a replacement from NewEgg. Funny because you game me a non-working Msi GD65 Gaming. I sure would like to see both the receipts for both purchases
