Not to turn this into a political discussion but.....considering how much impact this election has on the likes of us UK types, we should get a vote too..

yeah we can actually adapt these elections into conspiracy theory...

    he's now a 44th president ( "....and his name is 44....")

and he's black ( there was also mentioning in some prophecies about black ruler of the world...although many peaople was interpreting that in terms of popes but you never know....)

what do you think of it??

" There are some things Man should not know, for rest is Google"
" Never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you to his level and beat you with experience"

Honestly, I may be alone on this here, but, I was hoping Obama wouldn't win. I didn't really like either of them. I think Obama is too far to the left for me, and McCain, he's nothing to get excited over. Palin failed miserably when the McCain campaign tried to make her go their way, instead of being her own women. Honestly, I don't see an end to the "Bush years", in fact, they might be intensified. Bush has definitely did a lot to create big governmenti n the past 8 years.... and I expect Obama to continue in that direction, and it would be the same for McCain.
I my opinion, only chance we have is either if the Republican Party can go back to its roots (trust me, Bush, McCain, they don't represent the /real/ republican party), and go back to the Republican Party it was in the Reagan years
or if America wakes up and realizes the major two partiesa re screwing us over in the end.
But yeah, those are my thoughts on it.

People refer to socialism as a bad thing, but honestly, not all of it is bad. Such as National Health Care, thats a good example of socialism.

yes it i good but it comes with a cost. a very very large cost which we in canada are learning about. not to mention people dont want to be heath care profesionals because there is no money in it (at least not as much as thier should be). but the biggest problem is the number of beds or lack there of, in calgary i have seen people wait over 6 hours in emergency all because of national heath care. thank you socialism.
