    Thanx

Deton, yes i worked on it all night, and i used your guide as base, but lowered the bclk and vcore for starters (and a 24/7) and as you may see im at 3.6ghz but with Turbo on, giving the 3.78ghz, that seems pretty good and very stable at this point

Later i will try to go 3.8 both with and without Turbo, more on that in the OC threads later

    Thanx

    Ben,
It's looking good and so as the temps with air cooler.
Try bclk 190 with HT & TURBO enables that will give you 4Ghz when it's needed.

I know a lot of people will go with 200 bclk HT off and Turbo on.
IMO, why you pay good money for this chip and disable the HT:confused:, I personally leave the HT on and turn off the Turbo and just crank up the Bclk.

    Thanx all

Cloudjuice, i definitely have a ton of questions, and still learning. Thanx mate

Deton, yes, that was what i figured, i have both HT and Turbo on at this point, everything else is pretty settled and on auto, DRAM timings sat to 8-8-8-20 though and 720mhz for smooth rides

Will post all + new bios settings with pics soon, in that section

    Thanx a million

    Hi

Well, i like it alot, i think it have the apeeling specs and features, 1920x1200 Full HD with HDMI, adjustable hight etc. The panel are crisp clear and no overtones or mega contrast issues, more "natural" in a way. I really like it, it does the job.

My other monitor is a Samsung 2253BW, and i think that the contrast ratio 8000:1 kind of kill the colors with way to much overscale, and it has to be calibrated alot more on stock settings than on the Iiyama. Just my experience.

Iiyama comes like a plug-n-play unit and is a good product. I'm currently looking at an BenQ FP241W, wich also delievers all the nice specs and features and a very very good panel display.

But i can only recommend Iiyama monitors, they rocks

    Its this one: http://www.iiyama.com/ms_GL/Product/...y/2/product/27

I find that hard to believe....in uk liyama were one of the monitors of choice when moving to non-interlaced was new tech.......was that a lifetime ago? seems like it

I havn't heard of them more recently though and don't associate them with lcd tech
