We run vBulletin 3.8.4 on a site i help admin on, which has an attachment manager built into the site. Makes it real sweet for posting pics and what not. Mabe Dr.D can look into that.

Actually, we're gonna bypass 3.x and go straight to VB 4.0 after it's released. It's in Beta right now. However we are looking at making several changes, upgrades, etc. Gonna take some time though, but we're on it

    Default Question

Ok so then here is the 50 million dollar question..... what's the difference between a "member", a "regular", and so on? Some have that little banner that says "core member", etc? I was just curious. Also what is the significance of the different colors of folks names?

and if you join the folding team you get the folding name, and if you stay here a really long time you can become core

    LOL @ Deton

Vampy......your name goes darker blue the more posts you make. Name changes colour if you join our Folding Team! Do it, join the team.

You become a member after a certain number of posts.

You become a Core Member if you are either an old-timer, very active in the forums, help give advice a lot, and/or "work" for PureOC in some capacity. Essentially someone who helps make PureOC what it is in an active capacity, whatever that may be.

  14. The following user thanks Skyguy For this above post:

Ok... I'm working on it!!!! To be a part of the folding team do i have to keep my laptop running at all times? The Rigg is already running a folding program now, and i think it is also for Stanford University but it is not associated with you guys and it's not something i am running.
