    There is no way this is going to work for people that make their own videos. I could see films and documentaries doing this but definitely not for the average youtube to make any profit off of.

    This will basically be a movie rental service, like you see on your TV's PPV, or Redbox. It won't charge regular users anything, I'm sure.
