I downloaded it last night. About halfway through the video and audio got badly out of sync. Regardless, it was interesting. I had heard that Bethesda had dumbed-down the skill tree even further for Skyrim, but it appears not to be the case, as they've added feats to each skill one can customize. Looks good. Pity they showed it on a garbage console, but I'm sure the PC version is better.

I believe they said Skyrim was primarily developed for the PC and consoles would get (downscaled) ports. All-in-all, I wish more developers would do that. The console power simply can't match the PC Prowess anymore. It's also much easier to downscale textures for consoles than to create high-res ones afterwards for the PC. I'm definitely looking forward to thia game, as I've played Oblivion with much pleasure.
